John has over 20+ years of experience in Finance\/Operational leadership roles, including 10+ years in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>John has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics (2000).
