Suzanne Fohl is the Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company since 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suzanne is responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business including finance and accounting strategy, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, FP&A, capital and risk management, M&A, accounting, cost control, and treasury. She is a strategic business partner with 20+ years of experience working with high growth companies and has deep experience driving scalability and growth in the HCM SaaS industry, specifically for private equity backed organizations. Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise to the PrimePay team. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the HCM SaaS sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining PrimePay, Suzanne was VP, Finance at Paycor, optimizing financial process and driving scalability pre and post IPO. She also served as a Commercial Finance Director at Kroger\u2019s data-driven consulting firm, 84.51, where she contributed to innovative strategies and launched Kroger Precision Marketing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before that Suzanne worked at Senco Brands, a Private Equity-owned company. Here, she was responsible for global financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, establishing the FP&A function for numerous domestic business units, Japan, China, and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier in her career Suzanne worked at Omnicare as a Regional controller and Senior Manager of FP&A, collaborating closely with pharmacy operations. Suzanne began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, building client relationships and specializing in healthcare and manufacturing audits and transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
