Prior to PrimePay and CoAdvantage, Mark was the Area Vice President of Information Technology for CareCentrix, the nation’s leading home healthcare organization, where he re-architected the application infrastructure to support one of the highest volume health care systems in the United States. Previously, Mark was the Director of Information Technology at Patriot National Insurance Group, a provider of workers’ compensation insurance. He was also the Vice President of Information Technology at Gevity HR, now known as TriNet, where he provided overall management and oversight for the complete IT department.

Suzanne is responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business including finance and accounting strategy, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, FP&A, capital and risk management, M&A, accounting, cost control, and treasury. She is a strategic business partner with 20+ years of experience working with high growth companies and has deep experience driving scalability and growth in the HCM SaaS industry, specifically for private equity backed organizations.  Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise to the PrimePay team. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the HCM SaaS sector.

Prior to joining PrimePay, Suzanne was VP, Finance at Paycor, optimizing financial process and driving scalability pre and post IPO.  She also served as a Commercial Finance Director at Kroger’s data-driven consulting firm, 84.51, where she contributed to innovative strategies and launched Kroger Precision Marketing. 

Before that Suzanne worked at Senco Brands, a Private Equity-owned company.  Here, she was responsible for global financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, establishing the FP&A function for numerous domestic business units, Japan, China, and Europe.

Earlier in her career Suzanne worked at Omnicare as a Regional controller and Senior Manager of FP&A, collaborating closely with pharmacy operations.  Suzanne began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, building client relationships and specializing in healthcare and manufacturing audits and transactions.

Suzanne holds a BS in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA from Thomas More University.

In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Ashley is responsible for overseeing PrimePay’s regulatory compliance and privacy initiatives, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws at both the federal and state levels, as well as advising the organization regarding risk mitigation and best practices. Ashley’s background includes performing risk assessments, drafting policies, and managing compliance training programs.

Ashley is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her BA in Political Science and Italian, and The Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where she graduated with an emphasis in Business Law. In addition, Ashley obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the industry standard for privacy professionals in the United States.
